Expert on nutritional quality of meat and milk | Regulation of lipoprotein composition | | | Anna Haug is Associate Professor at Department of Animal and Aquacultural Sciences at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences. She obtained her master degree at Department of Nutrition, University of Oslo in 1972, and PhD at Department of Preventive Medicine, University of Oslo in 1989. Special research topic have been regulation of lipoprotein composition (University of Oslo), omega-3fatty acids and platelet aggregation (at Department of Preventive Medicine at Harvard University), effect of feeding on quality of meat and milk products with focus on human nutrition (Norwegian University of Life Sciences).
