Physiology and immunology in farm and wild animals
 

Prof. dr. Marcela Šperanda obtained her PhD at Faculty of Veterinary Medicine University in Zagreb 2004. Special research topic have been decreasing the consequences of numerous prenatal and perinatal stressors, including the causative agents, which can significantly reduce a high natural reproductive potential of swine. The main interests are prevention and control of losses among piglets from prenatal life until weaning. She also research in the areas of physiology and immunology in farm and wild animals.
